We are postdocs, graduate student researchers, and early career scientists at research institutions across the country. Some of us work in unionized workplaces while others have yet to form a union. What brings us together is a desire to re-imagine post-PhD research careers in academia and a commitment to having a seat at the table in shaping that future.
